Logic - The voicemail platform will be used to update/reset a voicemail PIN number, name, email and features that are associated with a voicemail account.

Note: When entering a telephone number in the voicemail system it is ALWAYS going to be the 10 digit number preceded by a +1. Example: +19544498000

  • Login to the Voicemail platform using your admin login

  • Hover your mouse over the "Hosted PBX" option, then "Advanced" and finally select the "Voicemail Boxes" option.

  • Find the extension of the user you wish to edit on the left side of the screen and select the user extension

  • Select the "Advanced" option and then select the "Options" tab

  • Under the "Operator Number"enter the 10 digit telephone number you would like calls to be routed to if the caller presses the "0" button while listening to the voicemail greeting for this user prepended by *9999.
    • Example, if I wanted calls to be routed to 9544498000 I would enter *99999544498000
