Customize Music on Hold Message for a Call Center

1. Go to smartcontrol1.broadsmart.com and log in with your admin credentials.
Navigate to the group/location where you are wanting to update the call center.
2. Click on Call Center
3. Click on Call Centers
4. Click on the specific call center queue you are wanting to update.
5. Click on Announcement Repository
6. Click on add and Name and upload the audio file
The audio file needs to meet the following standards in order to upload it:
WAV file
8,000 or 16,000 kHz
8 or 16 bit mono
µ-law, A-law, or PCM
Maximum audio length of 10 minutes
Maximum file size of 5MB
7. Click on Profile
8. Click on Announcements
9. Click on Music On Hold Message
10. Select "Custom"
11. Select the Music on Hold file you are wanting to use.
